3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or third-party platforms such as PayPal or Stripe.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Customer-initiated cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to partial or no refund.
• Weather-related cancellations: In case of severe weather, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Service Modifications

Lemon Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or safety concerns. Any major changes will be communicated in advance, and alternatives will be offered when possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate booking information.
• Clients must arrive on time at agreed meeting points. Delays may shorten the duration of the service.
• Children must be supervised at all times during tours or transfers.

7. Liability

Lemon Travel and its partners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during a tour or transfer, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Insurance

All Lemon Travel vessels and vehicles are insured as required by law. Customers are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance.

10. Governing Law
