We understand that plans can change. At Lemon Travel, we aim to be flexible while also respecting the time and resources of our team and partners. The following cancellation policy applies to all services booked through our website, including private boat tours and car transfers.

2. Cancellation Terms

Free Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled service date.

Partial Refund
If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the service, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

No Refund
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of bad weather or sea conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to operate the tour:

• We will first attempt to reschedule your tour or transfer.
• If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

The final decision on weather-related cancellations is at the discretion of the captain or Lemon Travel staff for safety reasons.

4. Modifications

You may modify your reservation (e.g., change the date or time) up to 72 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.
